Fasting blood sugar 139/ weight 165 Plan: IF/low carb high protein Skipped breakfast; lunch was veggies and chicken fajita meat with the rest of my smoothie that I froze yesterday. I'm finding freezing part of my smoothie for later keeps me from craving ice cream. Supper was turkey patty with tomato and cucumber. Glucose dropped to 107 about 9 pm, so I ate a piece of 100% chocolate. This is not sweet, but still satisfies my chocolate desires, and I'm not tempted to eat more than one piece. Worked in flower bed weeding this morning, planted a few more flowers, and then watered garden. Humidity was so high I again sweated off some weight. When I showered weight was down to 163.9. After I re-hydrate it goes back up, but is still dropping overall. All this outdoor work keeps my appetite under better control and I am able to keep the net carbs lower. Macros: 23/52/25; 1037 calories; fiber 13.5; net carbs 48.13; net kcals -1279
