Fasting blood sugar 138/ weight 166.6 Plan: Paleo if possible -- Son is supposed to take me out to eat today for my 79th birthday. I will need to eat carefully to stay Paleo or Keto. Breakfast: cottage cheese, blueberries, mocha coffee. Lunch: broccoli raisin salad and tomato basil soup. Supper: Salmon croquettes, beets, asparagus wrapped in turkey bacon. Son and family took me out to eat at a tea room/antique mall called Chocolate Angel Tearoom. I was able to eat within my WOE and had a lovely time looking at the fabulous antique mall, full of many, many small shops. Didn't buy anything, but know where to go when I'm ready. Stopped at the grocery store on way home and came out into another downpour. By the time we got home, the lawn was a lake and the driveway was a river.
