It's a brand new month. I worked out yesterday and I am plenty sore today. My weight went up a little, but I take it that is from my muscles holding on to some water to heal. This will be my first month working out, I look forward to seeing how I lose.
I'm intermittent fasting. So this will be interesting to see how I blend my work outs with fasting. I'm ready to be out of the 200's. Today I'm 215.2 lbs. My first big goal is to reach 198 lbs. I'm almost there. Patience, patience is the hardest part, and the fasting ..lol. Other than that its a breeze.. hahaha..

Yes, sore muscles means they are retaining water, which can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. Just keep going and the scale will eventually catch up.
