Its finely diced mushroom & jalapeno mixed with laughing cow creamy swiss . I spread that over 3 oz of boars head peppered turkey breast, rolled it up and cut it into pinwheels. Those are piled on top of 2 cups of a very spicey diced tomato, cut okra, garlic and red pepper flake ragu that I make up every week. There's another sliced mushroom arranged on top for show.

If you view journal entries and pics using the computer app and right click on the photo, it takes you to the journal entry with the total calories. Click the calories and it takes to the food diary with the quantities and macros of everything the person entered. I really like it when people post pics and have logged what's shown in their food journals. I've gotten lots of ideas that way.

Sounds as good as it looks! Thanks for the tip on the pics! I had no idea we could do that. Now I have to wonder if I've been doing my pics the right way so they go with my diary.🙄 They really could use a better user instruction guide on here! I'm just on a phone, so that probably why I dont get all that stuff. Thx again Gastropod.
