WELL....I'M IN THE 230'S !!!!!!! Woo hooooo! I rode my bike 11 miles this morning so it may be water weight but soooooo what! :)
I haven't been this low since 2011. I guess do go in cycles because that year I met a terrific person and was on my way to finalizing final details of my past marriage. Now I'm back heading towards another health goal and a new life.
Here are my weight goals for the reminder of the month...every Monday. 14th...236 pounds 21st...232.8 pounds 28th...229.6 pounds.
Please take a look at the quote I posted.

Thanks for the support. Question: Should we weigh in daily?

Weighing is dependent upon the person. If the daily fluctuations of the scale don't bother you, then weigh daily. But if seeing the scale go up, stay the same or just go down a little bothers you and it may derail you, then once a week may be better. Many of us put an emotional attachment to the scale.

That is great. One pound at a time and YOU GO GIRL with the 11 mile bike ride. I wish I had some energy left for exercise at the end of the day. Between running my butt off delivering the mail 5 days a week and then taking care of my 4 year old daughter while in my 50's, that is about all my body can handle in a day. I am still managing to lose weight just with a diet and without real exercise, so it works for me.
