I'm starting to worry about weighing myself, I've been trying really hard and I'm terrified that I've lost like one pound. I feel like I'd eat a whole cake if that happened. I am sosososo trying to stay positive but today I woke up in such a shit mood that I don't know what to do. Ill take my son to the mall to play in the play area. Chasing a toddler must burn a lot of calories.

Just writing this has made me feel a little better.
