Only small loses now, but I guess they will all add up in the end. People otside of normal everyday faces are starting to notice the weight loss, which is really helping my confidence in knowing I doing this for the right reasons. Im not doing this to look better ( but it is a plus). Im doing this to feel better and be healthy for my children.
195.3 lb Lost so far: 105.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
