Yesterday I had a surprise huge weight gain, and my weight today is back to normal. A lot of things can influence temporary weight gain. I believe that this time I was carrying around too much food in my gut. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1254kcal deficit // BF↓0.5% and is back in range // BW↓2.2# I'm expecting a moderate increase tomorrow to balance things out...
