today my body asked me not to do any exercise lol. I am also nursing a slight Acquired torticollis from yesterday. I've just remembered that I haven't had RL for some time. The strange thing is, the magnesium pills didn't seem to work very well as I was still feeling mild RL even as I was finishing the last pills on the box. I've finished the box some time ago and, since then it hasn't manifested it self, at least in a way that would be disturbing which is great :)
