Tired today, couldn't give 100% at the gym but it happens sometimes. COLD outside, still hitting the treadmill instead of the pavement but it's better for my knees anyways. Can't wait for spring to get hear so hiking can replace any boring walks around the neighborhood! Had a good food day I guess, next few days are going to be a challenge with 10 hour work days but we'll see how it goes!
