This is plain old kraft, but the yogurt instead of milk and butter makes it creamier. I like it much better. I didn’t adjust the calories, but should be lower.

Ooh, I remember reading a suggestion to make mac and cheese with olive oil and yoghurt and thinking "gross". Might have to try it since one of my goals is to gradually reduce the amount of sat. fat in my diet.
