I totally just realized that today marks 1 whole month with zero soda! Not diet or anything! Considering I had a good 20 year addiction to it I am SOOOOOOOO proud of myself! I do drink my iced tea with Truvia so I get a small amount of caffeine, but being someone who suffers from horrendous migraines the caffeine helps keep them more like minor headaches :D

Now if only I could get my hubby to start dinner sooner so I can eat before 6 that would be great! I am really trying the 16/8 but he hasn't really been on the ball with early dinner...
