OK, so I finally lost a pound....but, it is hard to be depressed about it because I feel REALLY good...upbeat, lots of energy...and I feel smaller in my clothes, the scale just isn't reflecting that I guess...
or my feeling smaller could be psychosomatic...but even that I'm ok with at this point...onward to one more pound lost. If it must be "One pound at a time, so be it."
