I usually weigh in on Fridays, but I was super curious to know how I'm doing. I'm actually staying within my daily caloric intake goal: as close to 1450 as possible. I sometimes go over; other times I go under. I feel like I'm perpetually hungry, but I know I'm not. It's like my body got used to being full for so very long that it thinks I have to get there to be okay. Well, it'll take some time for my body to get used to this. I know I don't want to fall off the weight loss wagon again… at least not yet.
So I weighed in at 155! I am already half way towards my short term goal of losing 10 pounds by Valentine's Day. I've lost 5 pounds since NYE. :D I haven't been at 155 since… since 2012! Oh, I'm so very happy.
I had thought for a while that I'd failed at my long term goal of losing 100 pounds. I did so well for a while, then slowed down, then went the opposite way. At one point, I'd gone down to 145, then skyrocketed back up to 165. Thank goodness I'm going in the right direction.
