✯ Yesterday (Wednesday) was a great day. I ate 22 points, 1,287 calories total. I netted 899 calories for the day. I treadmilled for 90 minutes at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, with a little 3.7 mph, level 7 incline. I walked for 5.46 miles. I felt great, got a lot done, shopped, cleaned the house. I actually had very little time on the computer. I did not journal, my first day since I started on here to not write a journal. I've just been trying to get a lot done, which has been keeping me busy, which makes me happy and keeps me away from food.
