Last night was pizza and beer night. It reminded me of what I consider to be "Intuitive eating." Some may ask, what does pizza and beer night have to do with intuitive eating. I say everything. I know from logging every single blessed day that I'm a two slices of pizza guy. I know that intuitively because I log everything as accurately as I can whenever I can. While my Wife and I were adding extra veggies, peppers and extra cheese to our Meat Lover's pizza we chatted about how unevenly the slices were cut. I grabbed the fat guy slice and it weighed the same as two slices normally would. I would have never guesstimated that it weighed that much. I eat intuitively but I'm not ready to throw my scales out. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF↑0.1% // BW↑0.2#
