Happy Sunday, everyone! Worked late on websites, so I woke at 11 after six hours of sleep. Chatted with Denise for a while but no food or drink. Then did pushups to failure, 100 weighted squats, and 40 minutes on the bike. I have added 30 overhead dumbbell raises (10 every 30 squats). Got all 30 done this week. I've failed on the last 10 for the past few times I've tried it. Got a 232.6 weigh-in after that, down 2.9 from yesterday. Starting to lose the holiday weight. UPDATE: Still 232.8 at 4:30 pm. Instant Pot Beef and broccoli for dinner.
