Well there ya go. Don't do what you should, stop walking, and up, up, up goes the weight. I'm disappointed in myself. So I started fresh. I tracked everything I ate, I exercised on my Stealth - but I didn't get back to walking yet. I will try to stay more accountable and get back to my goal weight and get healthier in the process.
