I have not had a pop since the begining of the year, for me this is a great accomplishment. Im a pop-a-holic. Now I just crave water, and lots of it. My goal is to make this whole month with out drinking a soda at all. I know I need to treat myself occasionally, so a big old cherry diet coke will be my reward to my self on Feb 1st if I make my goal.
