Can I lose 5 lbs by Valentines? by the end of the month? at all?
I feel like I haven't lost weight in so long! I feel huge. The fact that I rose to the 160's this past Thanksgiving and have remained in the 160's since is gnawing at me! I really want to get back to the 140's… instantaneously lol.
I find the fact that I've been thinking about this so much a very good thing. I figure it's a form of pre-contemplation, like I've been preparing myself for the next weight loss era, which has just begun! Not with the new year precisely, but with this very real motivation to leave the 160's as soon as possible.
My partner and I are going to start a weight loss challenge against/with each other. We are both attempting to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month. Can I do it? Yes, I know I can because I have. But will I? Do currently have the drive to silence my cravings right now?
The silly in me says I should ask the ice cream in the freezer. I will not!
