I hope everyone enjoyed Christmas. Yesterday we had our traditional Christmas dinner with all the fixings. My daughter, her husband and son ate at our house. My Wife prepared an amazing meal. I ate an amazing meal "Poorly" at 113% of goal. I can't believe I ate all that food and missed my protein goal. I also did not meet all activity goals. BF↑0.1% // BW↓1.2# It's interesting, I ate a huge meal and my body fat went up as expected but my weight went down. I'll see what tomorrow brings...
