Looks good sure, but loaded with processed foods and salt. My cholesterol would not thank me for such an indulgence. To each his own of course. You know your body! I am sure keto followers would love it!

Keto has helped me lose 100lbs, brought my A1C from 8.4 to 5.5, my cholesterol from 7.4 to 3.8, my blood pressure from 188/95 to 130/80. I am no longer on pills for diabetes, cholesterol or blood pressure. So yes, to each his own.

Lchfjo You've done great!!! Keto definitely isn't for everyone but I've come to appreciate how it can be life changing and saving for some. From my observation it seems geared more toward those who are diabetic and insulin resistant. I always avoid following anything called a diet plan and try not to go to extremes but I learn things from them and I've even incorporated some keto items. I'm impressed by your commitment and weight loss! Your doing amazing!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Thanks Tor, Liv, Bear. Yes Bear, it definitely isn't for everyone. Being a carb addict, it was hard at first, but now it's a way of life. Even my doctor is amazed at the transformation. :)

I LOVE pizza too! I use (PC) Original Mini Tortillas, 2 tsps. Marble cheese & Maple Leaf Natural Selection Oven-roasted Chicken breast (1 per tortilla). If you want a simple 2 ingredient dough, try 1 cup self-rising flour & 1 cup water. Easy to make!
