2,141 Calories consumed 6,555 calories burned That's what fat secret says about today. That means I burned up what I ate today, and part of what I ate yesterday. Today went pretty well. So far, so good. I'm not sure they even think that I am trying to lose weight. I guess that tomorrow that I will go to the store, and see what I can buy as far as vegetables and fruit. Maybe some chicken and beef. I plan to refrain from frozen meals, because of the content of excess sodium, and the fact that I will want to eat more than one at a time. I'm thinking the same way in regards to "treats." Although I am thinking of making something sweet with stevia instead of sugar. Maybe brownies or cookies. I'm not sure yet.
