DAY 1:
Sooo today i started my diet :) I think im slightly overweight and would like to have a normal BMI again:) Unfortunately it is chrismas and I'm in a different country which means I'm not really able to go to a gym unless i pay 50 euros a hour.... yes.. the country where im currently living is *** EXPENSIVE. Soo.. Soon new year is coming. yikes which means a lot of attactive delicious food but i have to resist it.....
Anywaaaays, this is day 1 and hopefully at the end Im able to weigh 53kilos :) I hope to achieve this within 6 months which means i have to lose about 15kg........ Yikes lots of sporting and lots of good healthy eating :) wish me luck people !
