okay so I need to make a mental note to ask if 1200 calories are enough. The last few days have been hard... I did go to the gym yesterday so I feel like I should have eaten more but I wasn't hungry (for once) and today was just a bad day all around so I skipped my usual snack time for a walk instead... I don't think I should have to force myself to eat but how little is to little? ugh, but on the flip side it's been a pretty easy week so far and I've convinced the family to forget the turkey and mashed potatoes this year and instead we are grilling steak and veggies for Christmas... and yes of course cherry cheese cake but it's not my favorite so maybe I can be better than I was on Thanksgiving!
