Yes SK.17, they are great. We like to include mint whenever we eat lamb and prefer apples over mint jelly. The way we prepare our apples is by using mint leaves from our herb garden. Next we mix the leaves with apple slices on a plate and cover them with waxed paper. Microwave them for 45 seconds or until they reach a texture we like. We don't like to overcook them and don't add oil or sugar...
