did 9394 steps today...downloaded an app. warm up,regular walk,and brisk walk. so I am following that or at least trying to..I put myself in advanced. The beginners was too easy. Monday is Thansgiving.I went out and bought a 13 lb turkey. Found out protein and no carbs,so I will be eating that next week. Anxious to get under 200. havent seen that in a long time. Hopefully soon...
