Fasting blood sugar 168 (it was 95 at bedtime last night???) weight 171.6 Plan: Keto/IF/exercise. Tried a new recipe, Bacon and avocado Caesar salad, but discovered I had only one piece of bacon to cook, so used Eckrich smoked turkey sausage instead. Hubby said it was good enough to try again. I did better on my carbs today. Bedtime glucose was 85, so I ate a mozzarella cheese stick. I'm still not comfortable with low numbers at bedtime -- don't know how to trust my body at this level. Macros 9/79/12; calories 1497; net carbs23.60; fiber 7.1; net kcals -727.
