Woke at 232.3, down .9 from yesterday. Did 22 minutes of HIIT spinning. Fasting today, so I started with iced black coffee. UPDATE: Water and black coffee led to a huge detox and flush day, resulting in a 230.9 weigh-in at 6 pm. It's been a challenging few months. That's the lowest I've been since August 12, when I weighed 230.9. Then I need to go back to July 31 to get 230.8. Going to keep going to try to find the 220s and then 210s again.
