Miserable allergy symptoms today, sneezing, headaches, itchy eyes. I'm ready for the end of ragweed, etc. season. Ate lunch at Sonic. Ate chicken strips, tater tots, and onion ring with honey mustard dipping sauce. Ate some vanilla wafers I found in the freezer! Drank tea and 0 carb beverages all afternoon. Took a nap. Made myself a Keto chocolate frosty for supper. Feeling more alive this evening!!! Macros 28/61/11; 1740 calories; net carbs 115.93; fiber 8.0; net kcals -272 Monday I will start back on Keto, Intermittent Fasting 16:8, and exercise.
