Fasting blood sugar 90; weight 170.1
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise/egg fast
Spent about 1 1/2 hrs on garden work, weeding, cut asparagus, planted lettuce and Swiss chard, stringing up English peas, adding two bags of soil to some flowers I transplanted.
Cooked cream cheese waffles with blueberries/cool whip for our lunch. My food window is changing to 10-5 instead of 10-3. Did arm exercises this evening.
Macros 8/80/12; calories 1519; net carbs 23.75; Fiber 9.2; net kcals -843.
