I ate it with cottage cheese, a little syrup and blueberries. It's a Kodiak mix waffle, so decent on protein levels and the cottage cheese bumped that up a bit and reminded me of blintz. Gave the "handle" to the dogs since it wasn't as crispy.
I'm thinking of trying a savory pumpkin waffle soon. Probably not for a couple of days though.
