So I had my Dr's phone call appointment today. Surprised the heck out of me. It wasn't my cholesterol he was concerned about (SAY WHA?), but my triglycerides. They jumped triple from last year! :O He said that typically triglycerides were affected by sugars, high starch carby foods and alcohol. Well that's weird, as I don't have ANY of that. So neither he nor I can figure out why it's jumped so much. Will have to redo blood work by the end of the year.

Aside from that blip, my other numbers, including the "bad" cholesterol were all in perfect numbers. YAY!
