Fasting blood sugar 139; weight 171.6 Hubby always bakes biscuits Sunday morning. I indulged and now have to fight carbs all day -- but no one made me eat it! Lunch was veggies and ham. DiL gave me a box of See's sugar free peanut brittle!!! I know the sucrose sends me running to the bathroom, but I do love it. Must only eat a little at a time! Walked a mile, rode exercise bike 30 minutes, arm exercises while I watched the news. Macros 21/65/14; calories 1678; net carbs 59.94; fiber 29.6 net kcal deficit -651.
