Fasting blood sugar 133; weight 170.1
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise
Breakfast was Keto cocoa with scrambled eggs and bacon. Lunch was leftover avocado chicken salad on romaine instead of bread, plus cheese and tomato. Finished with strawberries, slivered almonds and cool whip. This Keto diet always leaves me short on fiber, so I threw in a couple of prunes and a fig. The fig tree froze to the ground several years ago and it has taken a while for it to recover. This year it looks beautiful and has lots of figs.
Having trouble with appetite today, so am snacking on dill pickles, nuts, cheese.
Macros 18/64/18; calories 1392; net carbs 48.32; Fiber 19.3

Keto fiber options: Avocado, Pecans, Chiaseeds, Flaxseeds, Coconut 🥥, Red/ Purple Cabbage, Almonds, Cauliflower, Kale, Spinach, Celery my fav for mixing with my different nut butters or homemade ranch dressing.🤤

I've started making green smoothies with parsley, spinach, and a little monkfruit sweetener cuz some days I can't stuff 7-10 cups of leafy greens daily. I start to feel like a zoo animal! 😂😬 Good job. 👍

Thanks for the fiber suggestions. I'm going to post them on my fridge. The green smoothies are also a good suggestion. I keep chia and flax seeds in my freezer but tend to forget them.
