Never in my wildest dreams would I have believed 1/2 a fathead pizza recipe was too much food. I've never had a problem eating that much before, so that's why I was so surprised I was getting full BEFORE finishing my meal. WOW!

Now that being said, depending on whose recipe you follow, it is "supposed" to make between 6-8 servings. Mine has always made 2, sometimes 3 servings. Not because I've shrunken the recipe, but because when I'm having pizza (or tonight's recipe Lebanese meat pie), I keep my carbs low just for this recipe. In other words, I'll gladly put all my eggs (carbs) in one basket. :) I'd even give up all other meals for the day for it. Yes, I LOVE my pizza! Haha
