Fasting blood sugar 115; weight 174.4, blood pressure: didn't check this morning.
Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise
Garden work before breakfast - 2 1/2 hours. Worked two more hours in garden this evening: weed eating and watering. I skipped the walk this evening.
Macros 8/66/26; 1275 calories; net carbs 20.30; fiber 6.7; blood pressure 140/60 (looks like 140 for upper reading is where my readings in the evening generally are. I always take my new blood pressure med at bedtime; it is usually 120 for upper reading in mornings.) My glucose this evening was 122. I had forgotten to take the evening meds, so skipped one of the two supper diabetes meds. Eating just two meals a day throws off my usual med schedule and I find myself forgetting the supper meds. Beginning to think I will be able to drop one of the meds totally soon. That is one of my goals.
