Plan for day: continue IF/Keto/exercise. Try to keep carbs below 10%
Update: No walk today but did 15 minutes arm exercises with dumbbells.
Macros 8/83/9; 1194 calories; net carbs 21.26; fiber 3.3
Bedtime glucose 124; blood pressure 138/70
Carbs were lower (8) but protein (9) needs to be a little higher for ideal goal.
