Morning glucose was back to 229 again, weight 180.1. Am trying to keep fat up and carbs down today and improve both those readings for Saturday morning. Not gardening today -- had a Bible study scheduled this morning and too hot to garden by the time it was over. Another hurdle this evening is an ice cream social. I think I will make myself a blueberry smoothie to drink while everyone else eats ice cream. I have a plan, can I stick to it? If I manage to stay a safe social distance I won't be as tempted!
