Have been struggling with high blood sugar all year. Going to start journaling my food again to get it back down. 247 fasting this morning. Maybe going to have to have medicine change if I can't get it back on track. Walking with hubby most evenings a little less than a mile, extending the walk every time a little further. Gardening every other day for about 2 hours.
