Results for Week Three - Weight down 3.2 pounds! From 198.2 to 195.0! Not far to go to maintenance! I did manage to get exercise at least 15 minutes in every day, light at least... like walking even if not far. Monday - 12 carbs Tuesday - 13 carbs Wednesday - 14 carbs Thursday - 30 carbs Friday - 20 carbs Saturday - 18 carbs Sunday - 12 carbs Successes for the week include more weight loss. Not far to go now. I'm four pounds from my ideal body weight of 191. I hope to get to around 188 or 190 by the end of October. I know I'm healthier for doing this diet! Measurements the same- 41" chest 37" waist, I think I need to work out to get my waist any thinner at my age unless I lose a tremendous amount of weight!
