Different mix up today. Chicken tenderloins, roasted garlic, spinach with tomato and button mushrooms. And some wilted strawberries because I really tend to eat more veggies than fruit but I'm not going to waste anything if I can help it. Greek yogurt on top, also mixed with the salsa I don't like. Dressing is balsamic vinegar and oil. Chia seeds for fiber.
