Julie.... friend, no need to apologize!! 1st, all of humanity is at war with WWC!! It’s stressful 😩♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏 love and prayers to everyone. 2nd, I have guilt because before this and during this tragic pandemic, I have a hard time seeing many of my friends 💜💚 I’m a very straight forward person..... I’m afraid too, my anxiety is high too. That is normal luv!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ There is nothing wrong with you, me , the world with being scared. I’m stress eating. It happens. Try to do the best you can getting fresh air from right outside. I can’t tell you to walk around the block, because I have yet to. I will. I said 3-4 weeks ago, there is a time to focus on weight. I still stand by that. Now is the time to shelter in place, eat the frozen veggies, reach out to loved ones and friends♥️♥️♥️🙏🙌 Instacart is 2-3 days behind here in Pennsylvania. Peapod is 2 weeks out for delivery. This is in real. But God bless them!!! ♥️♥️🙌🙏I miss things all the time... I want everyone to be safe, not hoard, look out for friends and family, but be safe. I pray for all of humanity right now. Luv you ya friend ♥️💜💚🙏

Kenna, I get fresh air♥️ Hubby and I dance on the front porch. I haven’t been on my stairclimber or walked because I have not felt well. But, I did just get on my stairclimber again for 1/2 hour. Up 15 minutes from last time. I will build back up to 45 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours again.
