I have been doing terrible at eating right. And with keeping up with my challenges. But these two are related. I eat poorly then feel yucky (stomach-achey), so I don't feel up to my challenges. However the past two days I have done the squats pretty much first thing in the morning! Also I am back at school for the next 5 weeks which (while contributing to my large meals) means I not sitting around and snacking all day. I am walking around campus and avoiding elevators! Every little bit helps, but I must have more self control when it comes to food or I will not succeed.
