I'm ready for the challenge. I've been off track for a long while. I've been over 60g of carbs a day for a while, which may not be bad in itself if it weren't for the fact I've been eating pretzels sometimes - stuff I swore of off permenently when I went on Atkins. I know this diet is a permanent lifestyle change and I want to keep it that way - perhaps long-term journaling may be a good idea. There are healthy carbs I should be eating more of like fruits and vegetables that I can eat once I reach my goal weight instead of junk that is completely not good for me like snack foods that are totally unhealthy for me - and I know it. At least this diet has made me aware of food intake and I'm not shoveling in large amounts of food and I haven't gained huge amounts of weight only a couple of extra pounds since leveling off in April ... Ready to go! Glenn :)
