Fasting glucose = 169; weight = 180.2 Yay!! Going down! Challenge today is lunch with other old ladies at Applebees. Need to eat carefully. I ordered Sweet and savory chicken, but couldn't find it on FS food search list. What I entered in the FS food eaten list was close to it in calories. That savory rice that came with it was delicious. I need to learn to make that.
