Some days I just don't get the expected results of a previous days eating and activity. It seems that there is some type of delay before I see things happen. Today is a good example. Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 112% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% I ate more than goal and dropped weight but more surprisingly; I loss body fat. Go figure? Lift Day!!!

John, we are battling that thing called age. It gets tougher with everyday, and you just try to do what you can do to fight it, each and every day. Lol

I agree there are a lot of factors that contribute to daily weight and body fat gain and loss. I rely on trends as the best indicator of how well I'm performing. The reason I track my weight daily is so I can spot trends early enough to react...

Funny I had s hand full of Tex Mex trail mix last night. knocked out of ketosis, but weight is down. see you can't go by what you ate the day before.
