Hi everyone - you guys and gals are the best. I always know where I need to visit to get back on track! I'm not gaining weight, but haven't been following Atkins well lately as I've gotten thinner. Everyone has seen a fat version of me for ten years and thinks I'm thin enough. 190 may be a realistic goal instead of 180. I still have a bit of a gut that's about it but as I told sararay once my back gets better I plan to join a gym in the next month or two. I plan to join the 20gm challenge as it will probably get me to lose many of the last remaining pounds. Sararay - I'm not going to join this version of the book club as I have been busy and haven't been able to get to a bookstore. All the bookstores are out of my town now. I'll definitely try to read the book eventually and also read the next book in the book club... Glenn :)

Great to hear from you, Glenn! It's wonderful that you're doing so well! It's really up to you, whether you're more comfortable with 190 or 180 -- you're in charge!!
