Upping my carbs has helped relieve my restless legs, but it’s showing on the scale 😐 I never imagined that strict keto would have such an ill effect on my legs, it was working so well otherwise. I will be researching what I’ve seen referred to as dirty keto. Perhaps upping only the good carbs. 🤔 Bread and small servings of rice and foods with added sugar is definitely not working for me.
Tonight I will enjoy carnitas and margaritas while I do my research 🙃😄

Also if you go on YouTube look up leg elevation every night you should elevate your legs higher than your heart it could be a salt consumption and water retention as well. But you are stating that it’s the way of the food that’s causing the problem. But it’s definitely a wonderful thing to do elevate your legs higher than your heart every night before you go to bed if you can for about 15 minutes, look it up it works wonders.

Najwa- thank you! I will definitely try the elevation, anything to try to get some relief. I don’t want to have to increase the med doses and that may help! Thank you so much 😁

You were not designed to take supplements or medications. A river of life (flow) is restricted by the dam made of minerals. The body absorbs minerals from the food it eats and fresh and easily digestible foods like fruit and vegetables are the best way to absorb minerals and nutrients. If you have leg issues caused by circulation then taking supplements like magnesium could cause additional issues as they could get clogged in the restrictions much like sediment collects in a dam in a river. Lean towards a lifestyle of easily digestible fruits and vegetables if you want to feel better. Life is flow and it is almost certain that the fat (lipids) you eat in animal products is piling up in the restricted areas as your body is having a difficult time eliminating excess fat consumed. Go vegan and lear flow and you will be physically better. Once physical issues are solved then great strength will come when mental flow is restored.

Leg lifts are good for circulation. It is a wise thing to do to increase flow however there could be an underlying issue that could cause more harm then good. If your blood vessels are being backed up by lack of exercise which they most like are then the things in the flow are being backed up. It sounds like the back up is medicines, fat and cholesterol (from keto lifestyle) as you said keto is good but your leg issues have gotten worse. This is most likely because of the fat and cholesterol you are eating. This is your number one issue. If fat and cholesterol are backing up in the less active areas then leg lids could (physically) push the issue further down the line of which could end up in the heart (heart attack) or brain (stroke. I would first recommend a strick vegan diet of 2 months before increasing activity. Also watch you body fat percentage through bio impedance devices before getting into body exercise. The body impedance will show you fat/water restrictions and hopefully can correlate back to the restriction. The last thing you want is to break off a peices of the dam to collect down river.

I am certain of you go vegan you will see massive improvements in 1 month. I had problems with my wrists and ankles where I suffered water retention. In 2 weeks being vegan it went away. In 90 days i was working out where i physically couldn't before. In the first year i lost over 50 lbs. Cut out animal products that is where all your cholesterol is coming from. Just think if cholesterol is able to show up in your blood in a blood test then it has to be processed somewhere by something. This is clearly a burden on your body though its organs and even blood vessels. Restrict refine foods cut back or cut out all refine sugar and cooking oils as oils are nothing more then fat. Go vegan for 30 days and then move on from there. You were not designed to be on drugs and you were not designed to have the issues like you do. Odds are your doctor drives a nicer car then you and has a nicer/bigger second summer house, it is because of this your doctor has a financial incentive to never solve your health issues and they shouldn't if you fail to realize that it is the food you are eating that cause your health. The garden of eden is one of fruit and vegetables, hot hot dogs

Below last line is a type o. "Hot hot dog" = "not hot dogs and cheese" Get your eating habits in line and then work on the leg lifts and you will do great. 👍

Last response for the day. Then bonobo ape (monkey) is the smartest of the apes. They eat only fruit and vegetables. Fruit consumption for these apes is +90%. They walk up right and have fingers for picking and peeling fruit, just like you and I. These apes are intelligent far more then humans give credit for. The bonobo ape was the first to go into space not humans. They are intelligent because they choose to eat fruit not because they eat fruit, (there is a difference). The bonobo ape is so much like humans that their DNA is 99% similar. They are so similar that their organs were use in the first successful organ transplants. Your body is effected by what it consumes. If you have issues with your legs then your organs are most likely overloaded. Your liver and kidneys are what filters out your drugs your doctor prescribes and can lead to organ failure. If the bonobo ape organs were healthy enough to be used in organ transplant then this is because of their diet. Eat like the bonobo and fell better. Do not be afraid of fruit and vegetables space monkey. 🙊🙉🙈

jenjabba profile states " 51, 5'3 gal. UPDATE: I'm now on Compounded thyroid and then started to lose weight." The thyroid produces hormones. To alter the thyroid is easy if you take added hormones. Things like milk, cheese, meat, ect are all filled with hormones including stress hormones (cortosol) and cholesterol which will have an effect on the other organs of the body. All medications are a result to eating a questionably healthy lifestyle. You choose what you wish but I personally would not take advice from someone who is on medication. A unhealthy individual is on medication plane and simple. The human body was not designed to be on medication and paying doctors who search for problems and do nothing more then find them. I do not know anyone who is able to get off medication without changing their lifestyle. It seems clear to me but can understand why a unhealthy individual wishes to turn a blind eye as I did the same thing but unfortunately had to make the change myself because I went too far into the unhealthy direction. The choice is yours. Best of luck either way you ho.
