Even though you've been eating your typical, is there a chance the sodium is up? Best to you and I hope the swelling and arthritus pain is short-lived.

Whenever anybody craves chocolate there magnesium levels are low. You get magnesium from Greenleaf vegetables or multivitamin. And when your electrolytes are deprived, your water flow more like your water balance is off. Hydrate, and take a multivitamin if you can

I heard somewhere that when you chocolate it means you need more protein. Don't know if it's true...👍💜

Also when magnesium is low, epsom salt bath helps. Skin absorbs the magnesium

Sorry you are not feeling great. Hugs! ❤️😔 Does super dark chocolate help? It seems pretty harmless and maybe helpful?

Thank you about the advice on low magnesium. Wow in the past I have tested low on that. I will get some vitamins like suggested and thank you all for the help. 😁😁😁😁

Clairsheart, I suggest SloMag or Mag 64 - both are absorbed well. For chocolate, maybe try a darker, they tend to have very little sugar but intense chocolate flavor so a little (75 to 100 calories worth) is very satisfying. I like 85% - Trader Joe's or Lindt are my current favorites.

I've seen some info that a small salty snack like nuts with a bit of raisins or dried cranberries can help stave off chocolate cravings...anyone else?
